Report order form is applicable for all reports listed below, except the Preliminary Title Report, simply complete the form fields in relation to the requested report.
How will I pay?
Payment is required prior to processing. You can mail in your payment with the completed order form or drop off payment with the order form at our office. If you would like to pay by card, you can submit the order form via email at service@amfamtitle.com and we can send an invoice to you via our payment portal. Please be advised, there is a 3% convenience fee charged for card payments.
Property Profile Report … $15.00
This report will include multi layered info regarding the property, including ownership, latest sale and lien info, property details and characteristics, taxes and assessments, sale comparables, transaction history, neighborhood foreclosure activity, demographics, nearby neighbors, and public/private school info.
Water and Sewer Status Report … $15.00
This report will include the current water and sewer balances for a property, as disclosed by the water and sewer company. (check with AFT for city/county availability of this report)
Chain of Title, Tax and Legal Report … $25.00
This report will give you a 2-owner chain of title for a specified property, the current tax information of record, and the current legal description of record. If a more in-depth chain of title is needed/required, please contact our office for a quote.
Limited Lien Report … $150.00
We will conduct a Limited Lien Search and supply a report based on the results of the search, which will include the current vested title/owner/deed information, any liens of record with the County recorder’s office, current tax information and legal description. This is not a guarantee of title or title insurance. This is for residential properties only. If you would like a report for a commercial property, please contact our office for a quote.
Title Well Check Report … $170.00
This report will include all information from the other reports (Chain of Title, Tax and Legal, Water/Sewer Status (if available), and Limited Lien Report) as well as a current owner judicial search in the county where the subject property is located.
Preliminary Title Report … $200.00 (for purchases)
We will conduct a Full Search, as required for purchase transactions, and supply a report based on the results of the search, which will include the vested title/owner/deed information, any liens of record with the County recorder’s office or other encumbrances on title, current tax information and legal description. This is not a guarantee of title or title insurance. This is for residential properties only. If you would like a report for a commercial property, please contact our office for a quote. This report is meant to be used in a real estate sales transaction and should be ordered before entering into a purchase contract. The report is to serve as a means for the seller to get a jump start on their title work. The purchase of this report will result in closing cost savings if American Family Title also handles the Title and Escrow for the sales transaction.
