Meet the Team
Phyllis is the owner of American Family Title and has been a licensed title agent since 2002. She began in the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate agent in 1994, then as a Loan Originator in 1996 until landing in the Title Insurance Sector as a New Business Development representative for Stewart Title in 2000, deciding to start her own Title Insurance Agency. American Family Title Agency opened its doors in 2003 and has been going strong ever since. Phyllis’ extensive range of knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, gained from her various roles within it, has allowed her to develop a well rounded company that is able to handle every type of transaction and client that has come through its doors.
Marcia has been in the industry for over 40 years and a licensed title agent since 1986, as well as a Notary Public. Marcia’s decades of experience in this ever-changing industry brings a multi-faceted level of expertise to AFT, which she brings to all components of the company’s processes. She has served as a mentor to all other staff, new and old.
Vanessa was with American Family Title when it opened its doors in 2003, fulfilling the roles of title service rep, escrow officer, manager and administrator, over the years. Vanessa has a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate title and settlement process; knowledge which she leverages for the company’s oversight of operations and quality control.
Jennifer started with American Family Title in 2018 as an auxiliary staff member and quickly learned the Settlement process. She has since cross trained in all facets of Title and Escrow. She has served as the Escrow Officer since 2020.
Mary is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Notary Public and has been with American Family Title since 2022. She lends her knowledge and experience as a Real Estate agent to the company’s process. Before entering into the Real Estate industry, Mary worked in the medical office sector. That rigid office experience is what allows Mary to efficiently and effectively manage the office space at American Family Title.
